While you can still download older versions of Citrix Receiver, new features and enhancements will be released for Citrix Workspace app. The printer may be the one you speak of but keep in mind I mentioned even with my own credentials and my own mac at home im unable to get the redirection to work but it works fine with my pc no problem Beginning August 2018, Citrix Receiver will be replaced by Citrix Workspace app. Since the software allows employees to use each others computers, it also makes diagnosing issues a lot easier. The app is available for Mac operating systems and reduces the need for IT management. Course this could be totally off base to the discussion as well. Citrix Workspace is proprietary software that lets multiple people access the same computers remotely. This might provide an answer, the article seems infers that the Citrix requires PS which likely the inkjet being used does not support.
